Stephan Besold is the founder and managing director of Scaramanga. He is an experienced legal and compliance expert focusing on IT law, data protection, outsourcing, and information security. He spent over 15 years of his international (DE, USA, UK, and CH) career as an in-house counsel and data protection officer at leading software and IT distribution companies. He then specialized in the financial and insurance industry.

Stephan Besold develops strategies for data governance, data protection, and information security and supports clients in successfully implementing these strategies worldwide. In addition to his law degrees (Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws) in Germany and Switzerland (executive MBL-HSG), he is a certified expert in compliance (FIBAA) and data protection (CIPPE / CIPM) and Information Security (CISM). He is a guest lecturer in data protection at the Europa Institute of the University of Zurich for the CAS Financial Market Law. He also conducts research on (data) privacy law in digital ecosystems.

Alexander Eichler is a fully qualified German Lawyer with over 23 years of experience in IT and data protection law, having worked for large law firms and companies such as Salesforce, IBM and Lufthansa Systems.

Sara started her professional career with a commercial apprenticeship and completed her Matura in Paralell. After graduating, she decided to work as a flight attendant at Swiss Air for two years. In September last year, she began her bachelor's degree in economics with a focus on management and law. In addition to her studies, she works as a clerk in the contract office of an insurance company. She also started working at Scaramanga to support as an Analyst on Data Protection matters and to put the theory she learned in her studies into practice and gain professional experience.

Vlasti is an experienced PMP-certified project manager. Complex projects have taken him to Asia and the USA, where he has gained experience in outsourcing, near- and off-shoring, and the management of international teams.

One of his specialties is the digitalization of input and output in document management, which has unique legal requirements for storing and archiving information from international sources. This experience, coupled with efficiency and effectiveness, enables him to design long-term strategies, successfully manage projects and ensure customer needs are met.
